Getting to Chamonix

Chamonix is 88 kilometres from Geneva International Airport where taxis and rental cars are available for hire.

Buses operate frequently throughout the day from the airport to Chamonix taking around 1 ¼ hours. It is faster to catch the bus than the train to Chamonix from Geneva as the train is not direct.

Connecting trains from across Europe arrive at Chamonix Station regularly throughout the day.
