Winter Park has a small modern pedestrian Village at the base of the resort. The main bulk of accommodation and services are in the Town of Winter Park 1 ½ miles away. A free shuttle bus operates constantly throughout the day between the town and the village.
The 2008/2009 winter season saw the unveiling of the new Village at Winter Park. The pedestrian only village has luxurious lodging, an ice skating pond and extended car parking.
The sophisticated Zephyr Mountain Lodge has 1, 2 & 3 bedroom serviced condominiums with a 24 hour front desk and 4 outdoor hot tubs. The ski in ski out Iron Horse Resort is a condominium and conference centre with first class hotel amenities and an outdoor swimming pool, steam room and health club.
The new Bridgers Cache lodge at the base of Mary Jane sleeps up to 20 guests. No luxury has been spared it even has a gas fire pit and hot tub on the deck.
Downtown in the Town of Winter Park accommodation is found in hotels, motels and lodges. The Best Western Alpenglo Lodge is centrally located on the free shuttle bus route and is clean, comfortable and affordable.
Viking Lodge is in the heart of the town, shops and restaurants and has cosy hotel rooms and suites with full kitchens.
The large Timberhouse Ski Lodge has accommodation in both economical dorm rooms and large spacious double suites.
