There is no accommodation available at Hakuba 47. Goryu Toomi has small pensions and hostels on the road leading up to the base area.
A free shuttle bus runs to and from Hakuba Station to Hakuba 47 and Goryu Toomi frequently throughout the day; a one way trip taking around 5 minutes.
The well run family owned Pension Hayaokidori is a short free shuttle bus ride from the Goryu Toomi base area. The Pension caters for both couples and families alike and serves very tasty cooked breakfasts and huge delicious western or Japanese style dinners on request. The rooms are comfortable with shared bathroom facilities. The pension has a large dining area and cosy lounge room with a bar and internet access. The host Masaki Bono speaks excellent English and will go out of his way to assist you.
The Hakuba Alps Backers located on the road leading up to Goryu Toomi has clean share rooms, a communal kitchen and large lounge room.
The town of Hakuba is five minutes drive from both resorts; it offers accommodation in hotels, pensions and hostels.
The four star Hakuba Mominoki Hotel is a 5 minute drive from Hakuba Station. The hotel has both western style and Japanese rooms all with ensuites. The hotel has English television, internet access, three in-house restaurants, a concierge service, free shuttle bus, ski storage and an outdoor hot spring spa and sauna facilities.
The Western style Snowbeds Backpackers Chalet has both private and shared rooms available at reasonable rates.
The centrally located Chalet has a large communal lounge room and a fully equipped kitchen.
The Grove Inn Skala is centrally located in Hakuba, it has both Western and Japanese style rooms, all with ensuites and a bar and in house restaurant. All the staff speak English.
Make sure you realise when you book your accommodation that a basic room in Japan is very different to a basic room you would expect to get in western resorts; a traditional Japanese room is usually very small and often has no ensuite.
