The Red Mountain Village has accommodation in condominiums, chalets and lodges most are located within 350 meters of the lift base.
The new Cascade Lodge has fully equipped two, three and five bedroom condominiums with private decks, a communal hot tub and underground car parking.
The Granite Mountain Chalet has three and four bedroom condominiums with a ski and snowboard waxing room, a hot tub and an in-house rental shop.
The Ram's Head Inn has thirteen very comfortable guest rooms, a large communal lounge, a games room, a sauna and a hot tub. A full cooked breakfast is included in an overnight stay.
The old mining town of Rossland is 3 kilometres from Red Mountain, about a five minute drive down the road.
It offers a wider variety of accommodation for all budget types in hotels, motels, B & Bs and hostels. Rossland was voted by Ski Canada Magazine readers as Canada's Best Ski Town and with its friendly service, good shopping, restaurants and busy night life it is easy to see why.
The cheapest accommodation is found at the Mountain Shadow Hostel. The hostel has both private and shared rooms, a communal kitchen and a cosy lounge room.
A shuttle bus links Rossland to Red Mountain costing $2 per trip. The bus operates from sunrise to sunset and a couple of times in the evenings. Taxis are also available to and from Rossland to Red Mountain.
